Dr Ian Ramsay is available on Thursdays all day and Friday mornings. Dr Emma Ramsay is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Dr Goolam Kamathia is available on some Mondays.
Attendance at our offices is by appointment only. We often work remotely and our offices are not always manned during opening hours.
Dr Emma Ramsay is authorised to undertake EASA medicals and able to issue EASA medical certificates to pilots holding EU licences.
Dr Ian Ramsay is authorised to undertake all UK CAA medicals (except the initial issue of Class 1) and all classes of FAA medicals. He can also perform cabin crew (UK only) and other occupational medicals.
Dr Emma Ramsay is authorised to undertake all UK CAA medicals (except the initial issue of Class 1), EASA medicals and all classes of FAA medicals. She can also perform cabin crew (UK and EASA) and other occupational medicals.

Online Booking Instructions
To make a booking please follow these simple steps:
New users please register your details by clicking New User at the top of this page. Once you have registered you can book an appointment.
- Select your appointment type from the tabs and menus above
- You will be offered a choice of diary for either Dr Ian Ramsay or Dr Emma Ramsay.
- Click the appropriate toggle box to make your choice.
- Navigate the diary pages to find a day that suits.
- Click on the day in question.
- Choose a convenient time slot.
- Click on book now to confirm.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have booked an appointment.
Please note that the system will only allow clients to book up to 60 days in advance.
You can view your appointments and your account details by looking at the menu on the top right of the site once logged in.
